Processing Time
All orders placed with SpineAlign are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons, promotional events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated timeline.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on business days will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs
SpineAlign offers several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.
Available Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day).

- Expedited Shipping: $14.99
- Overnight Shipping: $29.99
SpineAlign reserves the right to modify shipping rates and promotional free shipping thresholds at any time without prior notice.
Domestic Shipping
SpineAlign ships to all 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please note that shipments to U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii may require additional transit time beyond the standard estimates listed above.
Delivery Estimates for Domestic Orders
- Contiguous United States: 5–8 business days (Standard), 2–4 business days (Expedited), 1 business day (Overnight)
- Alaska and Hawaii: 7–14 business days (Standard), 4–7 business days (Expedited)
- U.S. Territories: 10–21 business days (Standard), 5–10 business days (Expedited)
Overnight shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time. Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed.
International Shipping
SpineAlign proudly ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country, package weight, and customs processing.
International Shipping Details
- Canada: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days. Shipping starts at $12.99.
- United Kingdom and European Union: Estimated delivery within 10–21 business days. Shipping starts at $19.99.
- Australia and New Zealand: Estimated delivery within 14–28 business days. Shipping starts at $24.99.
- All Other International Destinations: Estimated delivery within 14–35 business days. Shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged by SpineAlign. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.
SpineAlign is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your SpineAlign order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation from SpineAlign.
- Click the tracking link provided in the email, or copy and paste your tracking number into the carrier's website.
- If you created an account at getspinealign.com, you can also log in and view your order status and tracking details from your account dashboard.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please contact our support team so we can investigate the status of your shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
SpineAlign takes great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please follow the guidelines below.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk or mailroom.
- Look around your delivery area for the package, including side doors, porches, garages, and any secure locations where a carrier may have left it.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file an inquiry or open a case.
- If you are still unable to locate your package after 48 hours, contact SpineAlign support at support@getspinealign.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@getspinealign.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of both the packaging and the damaged product. Our team will review your claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Packages Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to SpineAlign by the carrier due to an unclaimed delivery, failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. SpineAlign is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Please double-check the following before submitting your order:
- Full street address, including apartment, suite, or unit number
- City, state or province, and ZIP or postal code
- Country (for international orders)
- Recipient name matching the name on the mailbox or delivery location
If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@getspinealign.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process.
SpineAlign is not liable for any additional costs, losses, or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
